We looking for customer service- oriented agents, to act as contact and liaise with customers,

Provide product/ service information and resolve every emerging emerging problem effectively.

The target is to esure excellent service standard and maintains high customer satisfaction.

In as far as no relevant working experience is required you will need to posses

Good / strong communication skills

Good / strong interpersonal skills

People oriented / service driven ability


Effectively manage large amount of incoming calls

Meet personal / team targets

Identify /asses customer needs

Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Keep records of customer interactions.

Have at least metric or equivalent qualifications and be aged 18 – 30 years

Caped basic pay +commission of up to R 6000
