Contract - 12 + Months

This position is required to respond to phone and email inquiries regarding Dimension Vista instrument systems. Specialists provide technical and troubleshooting assistance to customers and field personnel, initiate product complaints for evaluation, and interface with other diagnostics technical areas for occasional technical writing and instructional purposes.

Minimum requirements are a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience of 5 years in a clinical laboratory. A background in Chemistry and Quality control are necessary. PC and typing skills required. Electro/Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Exceptional phone, communication (oral and written) and good documentation skills are essential to success. A good attitude with a "can-do " approach must be apparent in all communications.

Participates in semi-complex product support to customers remotely or on-site Participates in disseminating semi-complex product knowledge. Provides support in recommending products for customers with semi-complex product needs to product design group. Participates in coordinating new product introductions as they relate to product support.
