The Human Resources Manager take care of employee relations throughout the office. The HR Manager implements and monitors employees in relation to office policies and practices.


Creates and updates job requirements for each position at the company

Implements a recruitment and hiring program in which to onboard new employees

Counsels current employees and suggests helpful changes

Conducts all employee exit interviews

Develops and conducts orientation training and programs

Maintains employee benefits plans and updates employees as to changes

Ensures legal compliance with knowledge of state and federal laws associated with the workplace

Contributes to team often & when needed


Candidate must be confident and assertive

Must be approachable in nature

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Must have the ability to handle disciplinary actions with a calm demeanor

Candidate must have good listening skills and a discreet manner

Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
