Service Desk Representatives Location Tampa, FL Level 1 - 2 help desk position 1-2 years of experience in Help deskcall center or Service desk is desired Some IT skills needed Telephone skills working with customers and calls are key skills for this position Language skills Italian, Spanish and English Will be trained in Tampa Training Manuals will be provided in Italian, Spanish and English Key task will be managing incoming calls and then logging it into a tracking system ticketing system and escalation as appropriate Schedule 300 AM in morning to 1200 noon
