Our client is a thriving health care system in the southern tier of Upstate New York. They are seeking a leader who has a progressive experience in Healthcare Management and a track record of successful direction of Services Lines specifically of Orthopedic and Neurological Services.

SERVICE LINE ADMINISTRATOR-ORTHOPEDIC & NEUROLOGICAL SERVICES

More about the role:

In the role of Service Line Administrator, you will be responsible for Orthopedic and Neurological Services and care throughout the health care system, and will assist the Hospital President and President of the Medical Services in setting strategy and developing objectives. As the Service Line Administrator, you will responsible for the development and oversight of high quality, cost-effective, and integrated services. You will exercise leadership and management responsibility over all functions within the service lines, ensuring effective and efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public and staff. As Service Line Administrator, you will serve as a member of the Health Executive Team, and will report to the COO.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• A masters degree in relevant field

• Progressive experience (clinical and administrative) with five or more years of experience at a high level

• Proven track record of successful leadership in a complex organization including not only tactical but also strategic leadership.
