JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handling Admin related work.

Interacting with Vendors for Vendor contract, Renewal of contracts and AMC contract, bills verification, Bills certification, Follow-up of Bills, Payments and delivery of goods.

Expedited administration routines and made the filing system more efficient.

Developing and managing department budgets.

Monitoring weekly advanced expenses.

Preparing Reports and Presentations

Helping and monitoring in cleaning and keeping hygiene environment at office.

Preparing statistics, presentations, monthly reports, and various contractual and financial forms.

Preparing advanced report & MIS resolve administrative problems and inquiries maintain office supply inventories coordinate maintenance of office equipment
