Job Duties:

The Administrative Assistant will greet and assist all visitors, inform them of the sign-in process and issue a visitor badge, directing them to meeting rooms and/or refer them to appropriate staff members.

The Administrative Assistant will support Company programs by answering, screening and directing calls to the appropriate staff members; take and relay messages when necessary. Schedule client appointments, process payments and issue receipts. Applicants for this position must have a willingness to learn basic immigration requirements so as to provide clients with appropriate forms and fee information.


- Handle general questions about the organization and provide information/literature

- Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby

- Perform general administrative and clerical support, as needed

- Access electronic calendars

- Organize conference and meeting room bookings electronically, coordinate meetings and organize catering, as requested

- promote company program and services

- Process incoming and outgoing mail

- Monitor and maintain office equipment, including but not limited to requesting and monitoring repairs and supplies

- Control inventory relevant to reception area

- Support staff in assigned project based work

- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: Schedule: 8 am-5 pm (Mon-Fri) and 08 am -12noon (saturdays)
