1) Provide product service and support.

2) Identify technical issue and resolve the problem via phone, email or any other electronic medium.

3) Analyze problems with the help of automated diagnostic programs.

4) Trouble shoot technical and non-technical issues related to product.

5) Providing technical support for escalation issues of first level.

Knowledge and Skills:

1) Ability to work efficiently and independently.

2) Should be able to respond to clients promptly

3) Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

4) Knowledge of word processing software, database software.

5) Knowledge must Core Java, SQL and Database.
