Role: Voice/Call Recording Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Mode of Hiring: Full-Time (Permanent) AND Contracting


Experience in Cisco IVR, UCCE, Nuance

4 plus years of experience in Call Recording and Voice Biometric technologies

Expertise in implementation of Voice Biometric Solutions (Authentication and Fraud Detection)

Well versed with VOIP/SIP voice data capture and filtering.

Strong database administration skills in MS SQL.

Should have working knowledge and experience with network archtecture and latency impacts to platforms.

Understanding of client software deployment on virtual machines.

Should have working knowledge with physical and virtual server builds and how clustering is done.

Should have working knowledge on Contact Center Call Flow Process and Architecture (Genesys/Avaya/Cisco)

Experience with SCRUM or similar agile SDLC methodologies.

Experience with coding/scripting in JAVA is a plus.
