Minimum Qualifications:

1.Native or Non-Native speakers

2.Graduated from college

3.Needs to have a stable internet connection at home, at least 3 mbps.

4.Needs to have a pocket wi-fi as back-up.

5.Thai speaking call center agents who will take in calls, answer emails, and live chats from our Thai customers.

6.Applicants must also be good in English language, both oral and written and;

7.Must have working experience in call center.

Job Description:

1.Successful applicants are going to assist our customers in their concerns regarding orders and / or product orders via call or email.

2.Applicants must be well-versed in the Thai and English language, both in oral and written and must be keen in details.

3.He/she must be willing to work on a rotational shift and can work even on weekends and holidays.
