Business Development Manager

Berlin, Berlin, Germany
November 23, 2016

Are you great with B2B sales and have some knowledge of third-party audits under your belt? Do you keep abreast with marketing trends in Asia and worldwide? Can you close deals and sell extra services to clients without twisting their arm? Would you like to build your own client portfolio and nurture their partnership with our company?

Then you might just be the Business Development Manager we’re looking for!

The Company

We’re a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains. Our service quality is very important to us – in fact, “Client First” is at the top of our values list. If you're good at closing deals and providing exceptional customer service, join our dedicated sales team!

Would you like to help us win new business, maintain our excellent level of customer service, and keep our existing clients happy?

The Job

After joining our office in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, or working remotely from Germany, you will receive a training that will cover our services and marketing techniques to help you sell them. From there on, your job will be to find new clients and help our Operations and Marketing with the existing ones. You will develop your own client portfolio: your typical client will be any company importing from Asia (ranging from promotional products to apparel, toys and electronics sold in the high street). You will identify and nurture your prospects, maintaining good contact with them, and successfully closing deals. Once they’re on board, you will also need to offer them additional services, politely encourage them to use our services more often, and making sure they’re making good use of the tools we provide them (such as our online dashboard). Now and then, you will visit our clients in China.

It could be you, if you are:

- Experienced with B2B sales (2-3 years)

- Native in German and fluent in English

It also helps if you:

- Familiar with the third-party audit industry

- Are good at managing your own schedule without close supervision

- Learn fast and thrive in a dynamic environment
