JD:

Key Responsibilities & Accountability's:

1) Demonstrates technical selling skills & product knowledge in all products lines assigned to him/her.

2) Develops territory/vertical business plan in conjunction with Branch Head, which details activities to follow during the fiscal years, which will help the Business Executive in meeting or exceeding sales quota.

3) Complete understanding of pricing & proposal models.

4) Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners & decision makers. (CTO/CIO/CFO etc.)

5) Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sales resulting in the taking of market share from other competitors.

6) Sells consultatively and make recommendations to prospects & clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.

7)Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, & networking.

8) Create and conducts effective proposal presentations & RFP responses.

9) Responsible for sourcing & developing client relationships & referrals.

10) Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for under writing, pricing, & presentations of solutions to qualified prospects.

11) Maintains accurate records of all sales & prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, & follow up activities within his/her assigned territory/verticals, including the use of appropriate MS office tools to maintain accurate records to maximize potential.

12) Adheres to all company policies, procedures & business ethics codes.
