Kelly Services in Iowa City is recruiting for a Business Process Writer! Pay ranges from $22 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)!
The Business Process Writer will be responsible for creating new process documentation, and updates to existing processes. Daily activities for the Process Writer include organizing, scheduling, and facilitating meetings to create and update business process documents in Microsoft Visio and Word.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting team members through new process document creation and updates to existing documentation. Ability to drive accuracy and consistency in approach to documentation aligning with quality business documentation standards. Identify issues in existing processes and procedures ensuring clarity and consistency in all levels of business documentation.
The ideal candidate must be articulate, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed to meet tight deadlines. Strong written communication skills, the willingness to ask questions when encountering challenging situations, and personal initiative.
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience working in business documentation or technical writing
Minimum 1 year Visio experience
Bachelor’s degree highly desired
Experience working virtually with colleagues
