What You'll Do:

• Perform daily and payroll department functions

• Submit and review reports to payroll provider

• Perform banking and funding functions

• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports

• Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits

• Process payroll system scripts and jobs to import and process timecard to final confirmed paycheck (i.e pay validation query and resolution, reversal of invalid or rejected time submission)

• Send reports to payroll to payroll provider

• Review payroll register

• Bank account enrollment; issuance and distribution of ATM cards

• Deletion with partner banks and reports separated employees for final pay computation

• Report separated employees for final pay computation

• Create DTRs and timekeeping functions of agent/non-agent/support team members

• Prepare final pay checks

• Other tasks assigned

What You Have:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business-related degree; CPA designation is an advantage

• At least 1-2 years’ experiences in payroll/accounting

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Above average verbal and written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of MS (i.e. Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint)

• Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, and team-oriented entrepreneurial environment.

• Working knowledge of ADP processing is an advantage

• Computer literacy including fast-paced experience with standard software packages
