JOB TITLE: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

Coordinating for implementation of action plans and following-up to ensure the commitments as per schedule.

Keep track of MDs meetings, preparing agenda, study the relevant information and gathering relevant details to be shared with the members of meeting.

Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, off-site meeting venues if any.

Handling important occasions and making note of talks of MD.

Handling mails /couriers/posts/ utility bills of MD.

Making presentations, drafting important emails and taking care of business needs.

Provide telephone coverage answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls.

File and retrieve documents and reference materials

knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

Participation and input towards F & B Marketing activities.

Completion of function delivery sheets in an accurate and timely fashion.

Completion of forecast and actual budget function sheets, Function Summary Sheets and weekly payroll input.

To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of meeting set-ups and service.

Attendance and participation in weekly HOD meeting.

Development and maintenance of all department control procedures.

Supervision of weekly incentive input if required.

Be available to on call at all times.

Greet the customer upon arrival.

Dealing with customer complaints.

Teamwork/Relations with co-workers and management.

Participation towards overall Maintenance and cleanliness.

Discipline of Personnel when required.
