PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Conduct all new hire orientation for all new hires

• Prepare all New Hire paperwork prior to new employee starting with Rapid

• Assist in preparing Notice to employee

• Back up to payroll processing

• Internal Job posting.

• Partner with HRA in recruiting efforts and updates

• Recruiting for all non-exempt positions which includes cold calling, sourcing, interviewing, testing.

• Partner with community to post current openings. I.E. local schools, EDD, Outreach programs, etc.

• Post openings externally using Indeed, Craigslist, etc..

• ERF tracking

• Maintain ATS current

• Update Recruiting log weekly with recruiting efforts.

• Maintain relationships with Management to ensure all recruiting is current.

• Conduct all exit interviews

• Coordinate all company events

• Benefit Orientation

• Issues parking violation citations as required by inspections.

• Perform all employment verifications

• Attend local job fairs for recruiting

• The Connector updates.

• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Expertise/Skills:

• Human Resources experience.

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management.

• Knowledge of business principles.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.

• Knowledge of relevant software.
