1.)Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on 3.)candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
2.)Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
3.)Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.

1.) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Human Resources Management / Pshchology or equivalent.
2.) Have knowledge of Philippine laws regarding HR issues and employment.
3.) 35 to 40 years old
4.) At least 5 years work experienced for manager positions at manufacturing company.
5. Have an analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action, planning and execution.
6. Have a good oral and written communication skills.
