Location: St. Paul, MN

Duration: Full time Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handles Customer Incoming Calls/ Administer calls to resolution

• Complete call logs 2. Handles customer inquiries by E-mail

• Provide customers with product and service information

• Adherence to Process/ Business metrics

Skill set required

• PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

• Systems Aptitude/ Critical Thinking
