• Define sourcing strategies to be used to attract talents to hire especially for niche profiles

• Knows how to hire in bulk

• Experience in Sales and Marketing is important

• Initiatives should be aligned in the Market

• Will lead Market Intelligence team of HR - Sourcing

• Expectation to interact with different recruitment leads from different entities/towers

• College Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing

• Sales and Marketing, Business development, Entrepreneurship skills

• Total years of experience required – 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, Business development, Digital Marketing

• Total years of Managerial/Supervisory experience – 5 years and above and handled 500 FTE

• BPO or non-BPO? Both are okay. Telco is okay. FMCG is preferred.

• Shift – morning

• Will report to Talent Supply Chain Senior Manager

• Will handle 2 Managers and 2 more undefined headcount

• Location – Gateway and Cyber gate

• Offer: 300k
