Job Description:

This person will be responsible for performing an inside sales campaign to leverage the company’s leads and prospecting lists to identify new sales opportunities to pursue. This person will be responsible for generated interested prospects through a combination of calls, emails, and social media and networking. This person will be expected to communicate the value proposition to prospects and answer basic questions about the company’s competitive advantage. This person will have subject matter individuals at the company to leverage and involve in prospect meetings to help pursue a sale. The primary objective of this person will be to setup qualified meetings with prospects, make a warm hand off internally and where the company can deliver the consultative sales pitch to the prospect.

EXPERIENCE

This person should have:

At least 5 years’ experience with inside or outside sales with technologies companies.

Proven track record in generating new opportunities and helping drive the sales process.

Ability to work independently with good time management skills.

Experience with email mass marketing, Web content and social media as a channels to help generate leads.

Experience selling services to larger corporation and global enterprises.

Ability to report to management on progress.

Comfortable working in an inside sales capacity.

Experience selling Oracle CRM products is a plus.
