US LAWNS Jacksonville West is currently looking for a Business Development Sales Manager for business to business sales. This employee will primarily be responsible for the acquisition of new commercial landscape management contracts through a disciplined sales and marketing process. They will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, proposing and closing sales in a business to business environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect for new customers.

• Cold calling by telephone and in person.

• Provide leadership and oversight for telemarketing programs.

• Responsible for prospecting and generating own leads.

• Produce accurate and repeatable job estimates using the available tools including physically counting and measuring, employing mapping software and MS Excel.

• Prepare written proposals for prospects and clients.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects and clients.

• Follow up on active prospects to close the sale.

• Additional job duties, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have knowledge of the local market.

• Outside business to business sales experience is required.

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Flexible work hours, including evenings and some travel may be necessary.

• Well versed in the use of the Microsoft Office products.

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management software is helpful.

• Professional conduct and image on display at all times.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit and drive.
