Glotel is partnering with a global telecom client in their search for a Fortinet Client Support specialist! As an associate with Glotel, you will be working within an established staffing and solutions firm who has succeeded for 25 years in the telecom industry and who works closely with industry giants.

Job Description:

This is a W2 contract role with excellent benefits offered (medical/dental/vision, 401k)

The successful Fortinet Customer Specialist will be tasked with the following:

- Provide first line of technical user support for Fortinet users onsite in RI and CT offices

- Basic level troubleshooting for Fortinet products

- Provide a bridge between technical support and client side users of the Fortinet products

- Report back to the client on any needs for upgrades, enhancements or troubleshooting of the tools used

- Other tasks as required

Job Requirements:

The ideal Fortinet Customer Specialist will be able to prove the following:

- Track record of providing user level support for Fortinet product suite

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to translate technical issues into solutions

- Excellent reporting and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work with a range of users

- Team player with strong work ethic and ability to travel to CT for meetings
