Qualification : More than 6 years of experience.

Front Desk – Greeting and assisting visitors, maintain visitors log in

Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate individual

Accept deliveries, distribute mail, take care of incoming and outgoing express mail

Order and maintain office supplies and office infrastructure

Make travel arrangements for Directors and Contractors online and via corporate travel agency

Make appointments for Directors

Translations German-English and vice versa (optional)

Setting up conference rooms and schedules, maintain office structure, maintain files

Replacing Exec. Assistant during her absence

Follow up on purchase orders and assets

Adhere to ISO processes

Prepare conference meetings (set up meeting room, order food and drinks, ensure equipment is available)

Assists new employees, contractors and interns with onboarding

Take care of office environment (renovations, cleaning etc.)

Other duties as assigned

Drafts and edits routine memos and other correspondence.
