Female HR - Assistant Recruitment Manager for an International BPO.
Day shift: 09:00 hours – 18:00 hours, 10:00 hours – 19:00 hours or 11:00 hours – 20:00 hours (as per business demand and candidate’s convenience).
Salary: INR 15,000 – 22,000/month depending on work experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience in a BPO (NO other field).
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Responsibilities: Mainly recruiting, performing reference and background checks. And assisting the Recruitment Manager.
Skills: Marketing and online advertising skills, good knowledge of online sources, career fairs and recruitment through other social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. An idea about how LinkedIn recruitment works.
Additional skills: Payroll and employee handling skills (if needed).
