Champion Business TechServices, is interested in identifying candidates who will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing digital office equipment issues; and repairing Printers and Digital copier equipment (and related technology) This Job pays above $55 per call.

Duties:

* On-site maintenance and repair of Printers and multi-functional products

* Set up equipment on networks CBTS team will assist

* Set up scanning CBTS team will assist

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

* Maintain and complete accurate record keeping and processing of paperwork

* Have own tools to provide the work,

* Use diagnostic tools, service aids, and product service manual to assess and resolve equipment and system failures

* Requires valid driver’s license, clean driving record and minimum levels of auto insurance

* Other duties as assigned. (Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.)

Job Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* Related experience. Xerox experience desired with all major brand, HP, Lexmark, Konica Minolta and Ricoh

* Manual lifting up to 50 pounds

* Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Products and Internet

* Strong electro/mechanical skills or equivalent experience

* Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management

* Attentive to details

* Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving

* Strong customer relation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time
