Job role: Billing/Accounts Receivables

Company: ASCENDER HCM – the largest HR Payroll process provide in Asia Pacific and Middle East

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Job role:

This role is primarily responsible for supporting global billings team to process the bill runs for multiple business units. This role also supports and provides other administration requirements when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

» Invoice uploads into the ERP system and reconciliations

» Production of invoice registers and filing

» Generate invoice runs

» Email and distribute invoices to clients with required attachments

» Basic maintenance on billings systems

» Filter and respond to basic email enquiries from the business, manage email queue

» Missing timesheet reports, reminders and timesheet maintenance

» Ensure ad-hoc requests are responded and fulfilled within required timeframes

Experience and qualifications:

» Minimum 2-3 years of Billing experience

» Exposure to Global Billing

» Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills

Skills and competencies:

» Excellent knowledge in Accounts Receivable & Billing

» Strong Interpersonal Skills

» Excellent in written and oral communication skills.

» Sound logical thinking and problem solving ability

» Good time management for meeting deadline

» Good knowledge of basic accounting

» Proficient in working with invoice and accounting system
