Independant transaction team looking to grow. We service and assist Real Estate Agents and Brokers in processing their file. Gathering all information, paperwork and contractual items. Ensuring the Agents file is in compliance with their broker to receive commission.

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant; real estate experience preffered but not required. The perfect canidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills; social media management experience; and demonstrated success in a fast-moving office. This individual will have a warm, upbeat personality and know what it means to have good judgment, and to be savvy.

Marketing: You will manage all social media and post a weekly blog. You will also be assisting in coordinating marketing pieces and in planning events.

This job will also include:

- Developing and maintaining the database

- Summarizing all activity for each transaction for weekly updates to agents

- Document and maintain procedures manual for transactions and support activities

Key Software Proficiency:

- Docusign

- Google Docs

- Google Calendar

- Excel


- Minimum of 2 years related experience

- Excellent problem solving skills and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks

- Strong sense of teamwork

Compensation: $10 - $15 an hour. Based on experience.
