Job description:

Lead and undertake the formal requirements analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into the appropriate product documentation, including user stories and functional specification

Manage, mentor and be the escalation point for a small team of mid-level Business Analysts

Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy and usability the documentation produced by the team

Work with Product owners, test and technical teams to validate captured requirements

Take a highly consultative approach in managing the customer and provide clear recommendations for solution strategies and options

Support team members throughout the product lifecycle, including pro-active raising of issues and risks

Facilitate workshops with the customer, internal teams and third-party vendors

Represent the Massive team on customer site

Skills and Experience:

Eligible to work in the Nigeria (immediate start)

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience is required

Experience from a Senior Business analyst or Product owner position

Deep and insightful understanding of Jira, Confluence, user stories

Ability to write and review requirements for various platforms such as responsive web, tablet, mobile and TV is desirable

Experience working across large, complex projects

Experience working with complex, multiple-vendor integrations

Experience in agency is desirable, though other areas will also be considered

Ability to learn complex concepts through formal and informal training, as well as on the job coaching

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate findings into cohesive documentation

Open and confident communicator, willing to take on all issues in a professional manner and to work with clients and team members until issues are satisfactorily resolved

Ability to lead, communicate and relate to all levels of people

Experience in broadcasters and media is highly desirable, though other areas will also be considered
