An Aviation company in Berlin, CT is seeking an Inside Sales rep to join their team! This position is mostly answering incoming calls and requires NO cold calling. This would be a temp to hire opportunity for a very professional and growing business! We are will to train someone who has a solid customer service background. This candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish because you will be communicating with our South America Team. The salary is between $18-$21 per hour and it's full time. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Contributing to the performance of the sales area by researching and executing quotes in a timely manner.

2. Assisting in the execution of the sales and marketing plans as directed.

3. Providing timely feedback to Team Leader/ Management regarding sales performance.

4. Maintaining accurate timely and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin as directed.

5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

6. Other duties as assigned.

7. Internal / External Cooperation.

8. Assists with sales for areas to meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes as directed.

9. Follows up as directed with customer requests.

10. Sets examples for other sales team associates of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

11. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
