Job Description:

Responsible for answering incoming calls regarding technical questions and problem resolution related to Comcast products as well as customer equipment. Handles billing overflow calls.

Customer Service Inbound Call Center Repair Agent

Work Location - Woodridge, IL

Call Center is open Monday-Sunday, 12PM - Midnight (you will need to have an open availability)

Training Class starts - January 23, 2017 - Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM

The compensation range for this position is $14.91/hr to start (with incentives for upselling).

A great perk to this position is the shift differential - Since you will be working a shift that starts at 12:00 p.m or after you will receive a $1.50 per hour shift differential in addition to your base pay.
