We are working with a leading enterprise level SaaS company, with offices across the globe, who are looking for an experienced Field Marketing / Demand Generation Marketer, at Director level, with proven experience of success in the SaaS space delivering enterprise software solutions. The North America Field Marketing Director is a newly created role based out of San Francisco and will report to the global CMO based in London (UK). The successful applicant will play a key role in the development of the business throughout the North American region.

Leading the growing the NA marketing team, responsible for marketing strategies, programs and execution you will be able to demonstrate solid experience in demand generation in the software industry and a strong focus on metrics and sales alignment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities ;

Develop and implement regional marketing strategy and demand generation programmes to enable regional growth

The programmes include but are not limited to awareness, lead generation, partnerships, events, webinars, and sales enablement.

Drive marketing programs and develop additional pipeline acceleration activities to achieve sales goals with a balance of inbound and outbound marketing programs

In collaboration with global marketing team, determine, create and execute account based marketing campaigns for selected sectors.

Collaborate with the customer marketing team to understand and execute customer retention, cross sell and upsell programs.

Optimize campaign effectiveness; manage and socialize results with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

Ensure regional marketing needs are effectively communicated to the global marketing organisation, and contribute to global marketing planning processes to ensure NA requirements are surfaced and met

Manage use of marketing collateral to ensure consistency in branding and co-branding with partners (white papers, sales presentations, data sheets, etc.)

Use modern marketing and sales automation systems, with specific focus on using data to drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.

Skills needed;

Experience using CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) and Marketing Automation platforms to execute, track and manage marketing campaigns

Excellent marketing execution skills with a demonstrated ability to mature the pipeline.

Good understanding of the sales process and how to enable sales readiness

Quick learner with the ability to execute multiple projects and stay on task

Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and management skills

Strong ability to network and navigate within a matrix organisation

Highly professional and organised

Driven, passionate team player that is goal & outcome orientated

Sense of humour and ability to manage flexibly in a high growth/high performance organisation undergoing rapid expansion in the US market

Skilled in Adobe, PowerPoint or other online marketing collaboration tools

Ideally degree educated BA or BS, marketing
