Position: Japanese Customer Service Support

Location: Quezon City

Salary: P80,000

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Heads needed: 2


• Provide support using different methods of communication (phone calls, e-mails and chats)

• Identify the problem and provide solutions using department tools, resources, business judgement and expertise that could increase customer confidence using products offered.

• Manage the customer service mailbox to address concerns sent by the Japanese customers.


• Native/ Non-native Japanese speakers

• Proficient in Japanese speaking, reading or writing

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field

• Preferably 1-4 yrs. of experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

• Must have Good English communication skills both verbal and written
