Lesson Support Associate for Ortigas, Pasig City

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating and following up daily with home-based e-Educators regarding technical concerns, system checks, lesson plotting, and schedule/attendance monitoring via phone and chat or email

• Coordinating with other teams (Customer Service, Standards, and Payroll) regarding the resolution of concerns from home-based e-Educators


• College graduate of any 4-year course

• Excellent English communication skills

• With a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute

• Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related fields is preferred

• At least one month of BPO or customer service experience via phone and chat or email

• ESL experience is an advantage

You must also be:

• A multitasker

• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Willing to work on shifting schedules (between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.), on weekends, and on holidays, including overtime

• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
