What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage team members to deliver the account’s loyal customer service

• Coach and evaluate team members quality and efficiency, and adapt improvement methods when necessary

• Ensure the full implementation and delivery of new services and initiatives

• Monitor real time traffic patterns and deploy resources appropriately to meet service targets

• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

What You Have:

• Diploma or university graduate

• At least 2 years of management experience

• Experience in lifestyle program is an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills

• Above average verbal & written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of MS (i.e. Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint)

• Ability to analyze reports and other data

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, and team-oriented entrepreneurial environment
