As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will work with a wide range of clients handling typical office receptionist duties. You will be tasked with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and notifying the company admin through professionally crafted emails and an integrated messaging system.


Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets

Maintain a calendar and set up meetings

Take transcription and handle correspondence

Make business arrangements

Handle billing and accounting profiling

Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters

Prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials

Send out requested information to customers

Handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail


Good communication skills over the phone and emails

Ability to work as part of a virtual team

Excellent customer service skills

Basic understanding of business operation, including contracts and agreements and time management

Willingness to admit and correct mistakes
