Roles & Responsibilities:

Work from home model

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process

Sourcing quality profiles - From the Job portals, social network, internal data base, Mass mailing etc

Sourcing, Headhunting, Screening & Short listing the candidates through various mediums

Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, etc

Checking the suitability of the candidate for the Job profile

Scheduling the interview of the candidates

Handholding and follow up on selected candidates

Design and implement overall recruiting

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes


• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

• Hands on experience with various selection processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Good on maintaining reports and managing trackers

• Excellent communication skills are required

• High on adapting new industry exposure

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

• Excellent search skills

• Experience in recruitment is required

• Candidate must have Energy, Positive Attitude, and Dedication & Competitiveness towards work
