Are you strong with trucking/transportation insurance?

My client, a South Sound independent insurance brokerage, is looking to add a new Transportation Commercial Account Manager to their team. You would be supporting tenured producers who specialize in transportation/trucking risks. The agency uses AMS360 and is paperless. You would be the main inside point of contact for the insured for daily service needs as well as renewals. Specifics of the job include: building and maintaining Certificate of Liability and Evidence of Property Masters, contract reviews, billing and handling of AB and DB premiums including: mid-term A/P’s or R/P’s and in-house Surplus Lines filings, reconciling carrier coverage forms, handling lender requests and requirements, including re-fi’s, new purchases, renewal requests, rounding out accounts, developing renewal proposals, and quoting new business.

Candidates need to have experience managing trucking/transportation accounts in a brokerage setting and a WA P & C license. Out of state candidates are welcome to apply as long as available to start work in Jan 2017.
