New York City based Artist Management Company is looking for a bright and passionate individual seeking a career in the music industry.

Must be a self-starter, able to take direction, and work efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Candidates should also have a strong interest in music and a desire to gain experience in all aspects of the industry. This position is very hands-on and you will be involved in all areas of artist management.

Responsibilities include:

-Office duties: Answering phones, keeping office supplies stocked, shipping, etc.

-Scheduling and connecting phone interviews for artists

-Managing social media and websites: posts, updates, etc.

-Managing interns

-Keeping track of press

-Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications should include the following:

-Professional communication skills

-Strong Microsoft skills (esp. Word and Excel)

-Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

-A strong interest in music

-A quick learner and able to adapt

-Administrative experience

-Self- starter

Hours: Monday-Friday/Part- Time

Salary: Minimum wage to start
