Our MA Licensed Electrician will hold and help manage all required State and Municipality Electrical Licensing. Must be a Massachusetts state electrical license holder. Preferred and will require to become our company D, C and S License Holder.

We are currently hiring in and around the Boston area.

Essential Function:

•Ability to work independently

•Provide technology service and support to all of our customers

•Ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level

•Prepare for installations, upgrades, repairs and disconnects by reviewing work orders, gathering equipment, supplies and tools and coordinating schedules with customers by pre-calling customers to verify appointments and confirm customer receipt of equipment.

•Plan installations by evaluating location, locating access and laying-out equipment and wiring plan.

•Establish security systems by installing equipment, running and pulling cable, programming and calibrating equipment while adhering to codes, regulations and standards.

•Conducts customer premise survey, makes recommendations on equipment placement, up-sells for complete protection, processes work order modifications and manages schedule impacts.

•Making sure the customer is comfortable with all aspects of running the system by providing thorough explanations

•Stocking vehicle with necessary equipment on a weekly basis

•Responsible for following all inventory processes correctly and accurately counting inventory

•Continuing to learn about new technology

Recommended Minimum Job Requirements:

Massachusetts state issued electrician license holder

At least 21 years of age and legally able to work in the United States

High school diploma or GED required

Recommended Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Possess a valid driver’s license

Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Basic computer skills and comfortable operating electronic devices

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Available for a flexible work schedule (weekends / holidays / evenings)

Licensed per state and local requirements for Security/Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm (as required)

Minimum of one (1) year performing residential security & alarm installation and service is highly preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registration and Requirements:

Massachusetts state issued electrician license holder

Company vehicle will be provided after training

Completely paid training and certification program (paid $15 per hour during the training)

Biweekly pay at or above industry standard, depending on experience (after training period, paid per job completed)

Physical Demands:

Be able to lift up to 80 lbs on a regular basis

Be comfortable climbing up to heights of 40 feet
