Part time/Full time position available. Must be available to work all hours, including holidays and weekends. We are a 24 hour business. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must not have any felony convictions.

Job Duties :

Receive, monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals as directed

Answer, accurately record, and deliver all telephone messages as directed

Clerical tasks required to maintain and process account information

Deliver customer service and technical support to clients

Skills Required :

Type 25 wpm accurately

Multi line telephone experience preferred

Able to work independently and follow directions

Experience with the use of basic office machines

Accurate spelling, grammar, and excellent hand writing preferred

We are looking for a self motivated person with excellent customer service skills, and an interest in the security industry. You must be able to multi-task, handle high pressure situations, and deal with clients that require technical support. Employees must show attention to detail and efficiently in clerical tasks, message taking, and alarm responses.

Must be able to pass fingerprinting and a background check with the Department of Justice and FBI. Must also be able to pass a drug screening.
