My client is looking for a Customer Service/Account Manager for their location in Easton, PA. This is a Permanent Position. Local candidates only

This is a sales and service job and you will be required to meet certain expectations and team sales goals. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IN CASUAL,PROPERTY, OR PERSONAL LINES


This position reports to the Area Manager. The CSR/Account Manager is responsible for increasing customer growth and retention by account rounding, assisting producers with the administrative duties of new sales, maintaining and exceeding goals and retaining valuable relationships with carriers that we represent. The CSR is the client’s first contact for insurance needs and questions. It is important to offer the very best coverage's based on the customers' needs. Success is based on relationships

Proficiency with Requirements:

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Property and Casualty License required

• Driver license and dependable vehicle with knowledge to properly use the vehicle. Appropriate state insurance licensing

• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and dealing personally with lots of different personality types.

• Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Power Point. Proficiency with Applied Tam Agency Management System

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

• Must be proficient with general office equipment including: telephone, computer, fax, printer, copier, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
