We have planned to conduct week drive Customer relationship Manager at Nexgen Careers,Coimbatore on 14-11-2016 to 19-11-2016.
1) DISTRIBUTION SERVICING
Processing of Agent Application Forms ensuring timely scanning and URN generation, followed by training allocation, exam allocation through CAMS system in line with the SOP norms.
Proper License Hanover, NEFT Updation for advisor commission, In case of commission cheques management in line with SOP norms.
Receipt of Advisor Gift and proper hand over post necessary check through sales counterpart and Gift management as per SOP norms.
I-Talic registration for self service to advisor for the assigned branch.
Processing of New Business proposal form post proper scrutiny, ensuring scanning through cashier and strict adherence to the TAT as defined.
Conducting meetings with the distributor/sales team for feedback and continuous improvement.
2) CUSTOMER SERVICING
Accepting Customers request, proper scrutiny of the same raising SR in CRM system of TALIC ensuring best customer service.
Aiming at Surrender Retention for walkin client for branch profitability.
ULIP requests to be processed with no NAV Loss to client or company.
Non-Ulip transactions should be processed with all requirements with further pendings to be raised.
Promoting Customer Portal / NEFT / Additional Contact updations for walk-in client.
3) CASHIERING ACTIVITIES
Ensuring Cash Counter is timely opened and closed by OC as per timing.
Performing EOD check at the end of the day ensuring Cash/DD/Chq transactions tally as per EOD reports generated by cashier.
Safe Key Management.
Bounce Chq Management
Proper record keeping ensuring files and trackers are in place for audit.
Deposition of the amount on next day to pick up vendor post proper check
4) PETTY CASH MANAGEMENT
Branch Debit Card management for petty cash withdrawal.
Updating petty cash record and petty cash vouchers
Petty cash disbursement post proper check of the bill and the SOP norms
Dispatching the records to Finance at the end of the month.
5) BASIC HYGIENE AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE UPKEEP OF BRANCH
Coordinating with facilities team for the best upkeep of the branch.
Ensuring HR/Regulatory compliance at branch by display of all notice/formats at notice board as suggested by Labour inspector.
Safe Custody of the Data of the company, Stamps, Letterhead and other company assets.
