Responsibilities:

- Provide Technical Support to staff and clients.

- Work closely with the Team Leader to develop strong processes and best practice procedures.

- Follow currently established processes to efficiently manage frequent queries.

- Adhoc duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years old or over.

- Apple Mac Certified Technician certification preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office computer applications.

- Customer service or contact center experience highly preferred.

- Analytical orientation, strong critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

- Able to adapt and use good judgement on a call/interaction based on client's demeanor and need.

- Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
