We’re an expanding enterprise taking on new clients and projects regularly and as such offering a great opportunity to join an expanding business, working in a really interesting business area.

• The Role:

We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development to start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales, Cold Calls, Lead Generation and Customer relationship management. You will be supporting the business development team with calls and emailing prospects to arrange quality meetings and secure briefs. Also, using your flair for research to bring marketing insights and develop leads into genuine business opportunities. You will see projects through from inception to completion.

• How can you expect to spend your day?

You will join the company as a Sales & Business Development Specialist, working closely with our Marketing Manager. Primarily, your support will include managing our portfolio of clients, with the ability to adapt an understanding to different business models. Occasionally, you will also find yourself off-site attending events and on site, liaising with clients and providing them with input and feedback on business strategies and targets.

The position will begin on a 1 month commission only upon successful deals. Providing secured leads, there is plenty of opportunity to be offered a fixed contract or as a contractor based retainer.

You need the right to work in the UK and must have excellent English (spoken and written).

• The Candidate:

The successful candidate will:

1) Have a strong academic record.

2) Have professional working experience.

3) Experience in cold calls and meeting KPIs

3) Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients.

4) Have the ability to think through problems and to offer solutions.

5) Have excellent communication skills, including fluent English & French (bonus).

• The following would also be advantageous / desirable:

• Previous Business Development / Marketing experience

• Experience in Project Management

• 1 Year IT / Technology background in Startups
