To do this we need the help of a motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM will assist the Company’s growth by assisting new customers with setup, configuration and training on the proprietary BPro software system. CSM’s must have the highest level of customer service skills, ability to multi-task and have a proven ability to quickly learn and master complex technology.

Responsibilities

- Provide the highest level of customer service

- Make customers successful using BPro

- Fight churn

- Become a small business expert

- Submit customer feedback to the development team

- Nurture customers through onboarding process

Qualifications:

- Highest level of customer service

- Passion for small business

- Proven ability to learn new and complex technology

- Team oriented

- Highly adaptable/coachable

- Sales experience is preferred
