We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to work alongside a few of our busy leadership team members. Do you have a natural inclination toward logistics? Responsibilities

Provide strategic administrative and project management support for our team

Be a Jack or Jill of all trades - able to jump in to help customers one minute, run some reports the next, handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, and breeze through some recruiting all before lunch.

Help keep the office running with day-to-day activities that include minor bookkeeping, office upkeep, recruiting, business analysis, reporting, and event planning

Possess the proactiveness and organizational skills to manage events, expense reporting, and travel - anticipate needs and act on them without supervision

Must be extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast growing technology company

Ability to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness

Requirements

Minimum of 1+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, supporting more than one executive (within last 3-5 years)

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree preferred

Experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment preferably in technology, media, internet, or related companies

Strong knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheet, Presentation)

Not afraid of spreadsheets - you can pivot table and run numbers with the best of them

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you will get to contribute to more than one team!

Quick learner - have a “knack” for technology and processes; able to figure out new systems and adapt on the go

Problem solver - actively be able to find a creative solutions efficiently and correctly

Trustworthy - must have impeccable discretion with sensitive company and personal information

Possess an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Must be highly organized, efficient, and demonstrate superior attention to detail. No dropped balls!
