Primary job responsibility is B2B & Residential PHONE SALES. Under close supervision you will initiate outbound and receive inbound telephone calls to sell LED technology solutions to residential & businesses.

Job Duties: This list is a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities, but is not comprehensive:

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily

• Call existing customer base

• Identify market potential and prospects by reviewing industry publications, directories, and other listings.

• Initiate sales process by quoting on potential projects;

o Follow-up on all outstanding quotes

o Present and close quotes over the phone with customers

o Understand account requirements

• Develop and maintain a database of potential customers

• Monitor competitor's products and customer feedback to help develop marketing strategies

• Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results

o Identify needs of each customer

• Utilize company strengths and reputation to create interest

• Overcome common objections

• Participate in educational opportunities to learn about the LED technology industry

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong phone handling/verbal communication skills

• Internal communication skills

• Results driven

• Prospecting experience

• Persistence

• Previous B2B phone sales in LED technology experience a plus

•Working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, and power point) emphasis on Excel)
