DESCRIPTION

Reception front desk greeter of visitors, telephone reception and general incoming calls management

Miscellaneous office and clerical duties as the support person to the Office Manager/Controller and HR/Accounting Assistant

Support functions to Human Resource Manager to complete new employees orientation and training documents

Support functions to Accounting Department for Accounts Payable: source documents, filing, calls to vendors, etc.

Variety of miscellaneous office duties to support various company departments

REQUESTED SKILLS

Minimum 3 years experience in general office duties,

Experience in manufacuturing environment is an asset

Computer literacy a must: Word, Excel, Office

Ability to adapt and learn new skills

Good time management skills

Good organizational skills and abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Independant and self-motivated
