QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree

Post Graduate in Management from a reputed institute preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

At least 12 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably with

background in outbound BPO/B2B sales/sales-support.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Management role reporting to key stakeholders

International BPO (US, Outbound) work experience.

Cross cultural stakeholder management skills

Experience working with Virtual teams

Professionals aged between 35-55 yrs. will be preferred.

Well-versed in Organization Management, Corporate Planning, Policy Formulation and Implementation

To be based out of Makati City. Candidates within/from the region will be preferred.

Working Hours – US EST – PST; 5 days/week

Excellent spoken and written English skills a must

PREFERRED SKILLS

B2B sales/sales-support.

Matured, detail-oriented and a team player

Must have demonstrated success in managing 200+ staff and their day to day affairs

Must possess people skills, motivating and coaching skills, and analytical mind with the ability to think

outside the box, can quickly identity, as well as anticipate challenges.

Providing recommendations to avoid or minimize difficulties and maximize opportunities.

Strong understanding of how a business operates and successful candidates will have a proven track

record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.

General management experience is essential for working in this job.
