• 3-5 years of demonstrated and progressive success, with broad, multi-channel experience in display advertising, online marketing, search marketing (SEO, SEM) and email.

• Demonstrated ability using CRM and Marketing Automation to engage current customers and drive acquisition of new customers.

• Effectively uses website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe (Omniture)) to gain actionable insight and executes on discovered opportunities.

• Success building and driving results with Google AdWords campaigns

• Drive SEO strategy and implementation.

Success developing and measuring AB and multivariate tests on messaging, landing pages, images etc. to optimize, improve the customer experience and customer lifecycle.

• Extremely analytical person who is comfortable working with large sets of data, knows how to determine statistical significance and draw insights from data reports.

• Map the customer journey, identify KPIs and create a cohesive usage narrative by directing the creation of engaging, persuasive programs across customer profiles.

Experience Requirements

• BA/BS degree in engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field. Advanced degree in related field preferred. Experience marketing B2B high tech products such as B2B software Strong SQL or similar data skills required. Advanced Excel with ability to manipulate data to perform both high level and more granular analysis.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
